Shipping and Returns

How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders. We also offer 1-2 day express shipping for flat fee of $20.

Do you offer international shipping?
We do not offer international shipping at this time but it is coming soon!

How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking ID. Another email will be sent when your order reaches your door. If you haven't received any email communication from NTLY about your order, be sure to check junk/spam. If nothing is in there, please reach out to us at support@NTLYclothing.com.

What is your return policy?
NTLY accepts free returns and exchanges on domestic (U.S) orders of any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise, with all labels and materials, within 30 days of order fulfillment with the following exceptions:

NTLY does not accept returns or exchanges of international shipments or items marked pre-order, collaborations, “Final Sale” items, or any customized products. NTLY also does not accept international returns. Returned item(s) that are worn, damaged, washed, without labels or tags intact, and returned 30 or more days after the order fulfillment date will not be accepted, and therefore a refund will not be issued.

Refunds for returned items include original shipping costs.

Note: NTLY is not liable for returns or exchanges that are lost in transit. Customers should keep record of tracking information to minimize confusion.

Where's my order? What's the deal?
If your order is taking longer than you think it should to reach you, email us at support@NTLYclothing.com.

If I want to change the delivery address, what do I do?
Email us ASAP at support@NTLYclothing.com. If the order has not been fulfilled, we can make the switch for you. Be sure to include your order number in the subject line.

If I want to change or cancel my order, what do I do?
Email us ASAP at support@NTLYclothing.com. If the order has not been fulfilled, we can make the switch for you. Be sure to include your order number in the subject line.

I received a damaged product. What do I do?
We're so sorry! We'll make it up to you. Email us ASAP at support@NTLYclothing.com. We'll need your order number, the name/size of product damaged, photographs of the damage, and if applicable, an updated shipping address.

What is the NTLY Guarantee?
We stand behind every garment we make. If you don't absolutely love your NTLY, we will refund your money, no questions asked. In order to receive your refund, please refer to our Return Policy above.

Please note, the NTLY Guarantee does not cover items marked pre-order, collaborations, “Final Sale” items, or any customized products.

How do I take care of my NTLY?
Our garments are made from the finest Peruvian cotton, custom knitted for NTLY in Lima, Peru. Your NTLY is built to last but be sure to treat it with care.

Wash with like colors and tumble dry low. Our garments are pre-shrunk, but we like to lay our NTLYs flat to dry for best results.Dry clean only if necessary. Do not bleach.

I'm in between sizes, what should I do?
If you like a more tailored look, we always recommend taking the smaller size if you are in between sizes. If you prefer a looser fit, we recommend sizing up. Our garments fit true to size. Please refer to our size chart for more specific information. You can always email us at support@ntlyclothing.com if you would like more personalized advice. We're here to help!!

Where are your clothes made?
We knit, cut, sew, trim, dye, and finish all of our garments in Lima, Peru. Some of the finest artisans in the world hand-make each and every NTLY.
